- Contacting the Parish Council to raise issues or questions
- Booking onto events held by the Parish Council
- Record-keeping for the proper and necessary administration of our organisation
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- We receive the electoral roll for the Parish from Stafford Borough Council

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to reply to correspondence, to distribute information such as Newsletters to specific areas.
We do not share the information with other organisations.

Your information is securely stored by the Clerk.
We keep personal information for one year. We will then dispose your information by deleting electronic files and emails.
